I can really recommend this hotel. Our Room was clean and quiet. Interior is quite new and well designed. The location is perfect bear to the metro station and you can reach many places walking. The Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our first visit to Taipei in Feb 2017 with our toddler (3.2 years old). I picked this place via an online travel site. When we arrived, we were very happy with our choice. The hotel was located on the 4th floor of a secure building with a live person watch the door and elevator 24/7. It is just half a block from the Metro entrance, and on the way you can stop by a bakery or 7-11 for all your food and snacks. Since we are a family of three, we probably had one of the biggest room, which probably can host two adult and two kids comfortably. Oh, the best part is this place has Tintin theme (comics series by Belgian cartoonist Hergé), which we are a fan. There are posters on the wall and few books in the lobby with more decor of Tintin. One thing to mention that might be important for folks with noise level sensitivity. We had a corner room with bathroom's wall shared with other room, so our noise level is only from the outside/street. However, when I am in the lobby during the evening time, I did hear people's voices from various occupied rooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room is pretty spacey and very clean - reminds me of Japan. There is no check in counter, when you arrive you go up to 4th floor and the caretaker will pass you the keys to your room and explain to you about staying at the hotel. There is no room service, and the helpdesk is only open from 9am to 6pm. Outside those hours, the maindoor will be locked and you will need your keys to enter. The caretaker, Carol is super nice - we checked out at 12 noon but left our bags at the hotel while we go out for lunch. When we returned we asked if we can use a small space somewhere to pray, and she let us use one of the empty guest rooms. Much appreciated. Love the hotel and will definitely stay there again. Did I mentioned that the Metro station is just less than a minute away.

A small and nice hotel. A total of 12 rooms, with free of use of washing and drying machine. Strategic location, 2 minutes of walking distance from MRT station, 3 minutes of walking distance from airport-bus stop. But the noise from the water pump in the toilet is quite disturbing, we slowly get used to it after staying a day or two.

喜歡的很多，首先是溝通很好，入住前的查詢和溝通、幫助都很周到，我們原本訂的是一大床，後來有向飯店查詢雙床房，原本是沒房可以換的，但入住前幾天突然主動說有2床房空出來要不要換，有把客人詢問過的事放心上很值的稱讚。 房間空間剛剛好，不會擠，也不會太空曠很難拿東西。置物方面安排很好，有放行李和掛衣櫃，也有桌子和電視下的置物層板，很方便。 廁所不大，但因為格局設計不錯，不會不方便。沐浴洗髮2用的清潔液洗完頭髮很乾，建議自備洗髮乳或多帶髮尾油。 洗手台不容易濺出水，設計不錯。雖然沒有空間可以存放乾淨浴巾，可是會用一個籃子放在衣櫃裡，廁所牆壁也設置好幾個大掛勾，也算方便。 2床附近都有充電插頭，冰箱不太小，冷度也夠。房間的冷氣安裝在一個非常好的位置，不會直接吹到床或直接吹著人，很舒適。不過因為不是那種拔匙卡斷電的電源系統，所以出門的時候要記得手動關冷氣、關電視跟關燈。 飯店位處很好，附近不少吃的，直接就在松江南京站捷運站旁，而且還是有往上手扶梯的出口，很方便。剛好這三天兩夜不管去小巨蛋、西門町、三重、機捷都不需要換線，去程從桃機坐長榮巴士在長榮飯店下車，也只要走300公尺，很讚！！ 然後最重要的是，房間超級乾淨！小角落也沒有灰塵，窗戶也有紗網，吃完夜市外帶的宵夜還能開窗戶通風讓食物的味道散去，超好的！ 然後是缺點：雙床房的床有點太小，估算大約90~100CM左右，隨便翻個身都覺得快要掉下床了，哈哈！ 如果能把床頭牆上高處裝飾用的長鏡子換成掛在牆壁上的全身鏡，對女生客人來說會方便很多。 抽水馬達太吵了，剛入住被偶發的聲音嚇到好幾次，和隔壁房間之間的隔音也不大好，剛好隔壁女生講話比一般人大聲一點，下午睡午覺很安靜的時份完全可以聽清楚她講電話的內容。但晚上回來有開電視，加上我本人比較晚睡，反倒對隔壁聲音沒什麼感覺。對聲音過份敏感的人不適合住這。
